By far one of the BEST liquor stores in town! Diverse selection of alcohol and cbd products, very helpful staff and always seem to be well stocked. I really adore the owner Glenna and Liz because they are always so kind to me when I come in. The young man and lady that work there are very helpful and friendly too. Just a rad store!

Called the store tonight to see if they had an Eagle Rare 10. I didn’t even finish my sentence or say what I was looking for before the person answering the phone simply said said we don’t have any. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. As a customer in Oregon we have the ability to see a snapshot of bottles in stock within a store. I can understand that you are tired of answering countless calls about rare bourbons during “bourbon season”. Maybe next time let me at least tell you what I’m looking for and finish my sentence before you say you don’t have one of supposedly 17 bottles in stock.

Regular customer: I purchased a vape product from their store and it was non-functional. Requested a replacement of the same product and was told they wouldn't take it because I didn't call and they don't guarantee they work. No where is this mentioned or visible in their store. Not sure what's the difference between going in the store vs. calling. Paid for another one. Same thing didn't work so I went back to get it replaced and was told to shut my mouth by the owner while being polite the whole time. After years of going here I'll be taking my business else where. Horrible customer service. Please note the cashier was very nice. The owner on the other hand was very bitter about the return and insulted me in front of customers. Never in my life have I been treated like this in a store. Product was pulled from the shelf after my second visit. No refund was given still. I'm left to deal with the manufacturer. I expect a poor response to this review. Look how she treats everyone that leaves a bad review. Calls them names, no respect, very unprofessional. Absolutely mind blowing.
