Dr. Paturi is a wonderful and caring Vet. Our rotties have been going to him from birth! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares; has always taken very good care of our boys. When we lost Dillon, it was/is such a devastating loss but he understood. Thank you so much Dr. Paturi for your empathy and grace. You are truly a blessing to us!

The morning staff on 7/3/2022 lacked professionalism and courtesy. When you request customers to go home to retrieve paperwork to properly register a puppy prior to the appointment since your groomers system isn't paired with the onsite center. Please don't tell the customer your time is up and we cannot assist you after going home as a mutual agreement as we walked in 21 minutes later. Holly showed no professionalism and sent her coworkers back to the front to tell us she was too busy to discuss any matter at hand. Another coworker tried to interject but we asked her to justify another's actions. Unfortunately they already took our first dog for grooming otherwise we would rejected service. This is why Corporate America is seeing an increase in individuals opening their own businesses, lack of customer service. Of course we expect your organization to side with Holly M at the end of the day.
