Just took delivery of our first ever spa from Aspen Spas. We had a great experience. Dan answered all of our questions and he facilitated a wet test so that we could experience our spa before we ordered it. Delivery was surprisingly simple and quick. It took less than 2 hours from arrival to departure. I plan to attend one of their Saturday training seminars to better my understanding of spa maintenance.

I do not recommend this company , we bought our spa from a local dealer and within 2 months the sides started bowing and fading , numerous jets have stopped working also , we contacted the dealer aspen about our concerns and also the local dealer we purchased the spa from and was told that was normal ?? Normal to spend 6500 on a spa that looks like it’s 5 years old in 2-3 months ? After many calls and emails we have gotten no where because they supposedly used a trial product on our specific spa at the time which shocker they no longer use the sides that they put on ours .. the local dealer said there’s nothing they can do because aspen won’t cooperate with them , so thanks aspen for being the worst hot tub buying experience I’ve ever had

No idea. I don't get mine til next year
No masking when I went last week.
Depending on age of the spa would have a few a few options. If you called in we could easily walk you through it, or have a technician schedule an appointment.
I'm talking about the one on I believe it's on mcfee in between vandaventner and kingshighway in St Louis.
We do not use a frame in the traditional sense. Our shell is self-supporting, with 1/2" balsa core imbibed within our shell to distribute weight, and strategic column supports under key stress areas for additional support. We do utilize 1x4 for additional perimeter support but framing is more for a cabinet support. When built correctly, a spa does not need a frame. Let us know if you have questions!
How long have you had the tub?
No, sorry. Hot tubs and saunas
