I’m leaving this review for my mother-in-law, she is 71 and not tech savvy. She had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change and a wheel repair. When she scheduled the appointment she told them that she would be staying there and waiting while the repairs were completed. When she arrived they informed her that they were running behind and that it would be an extended wait and they offered her a shuttle to take her home. They told her that she would be contacted as soon as her vehicle is ready and that they would pick her up and bring her back to the dealership. At 4:30 in the afternoon she received a text message that said her car was not going to be completed that day and that they would contact her the following day when it was done. At this point my wife got involved and contacted the dealership, she explained that her mother lives alone and has no other form of transportation. The dealerships response was “well if you can get here before 5:30 we will try to figure something out for you.” So my wife raced to get her mother and then raced to the dealership. When she got there miraculously the vehicle was actually ready for pick up… Upon receipt of the vehicle it wasn’t washed, the steering wheel had dirty fingerprints on it and there was dirt on the driver side floor. This is poor service for any brand, but for a luxury brand it’s just absolutely sad! 👎👎👎

Great service and staff. Very friendly. Only bad aspect; Sales manager argued with wife that medical kit we paid for on invoice was not included. Eventually he admitted we were correct.

Took my W164 in for front Strut replacement clearly worn out technician found no issues took it to my local tire shop they replaced them did an alignment the car now drives amazing does Mercedes Benz hire factory trained technicians?

May be a burnt bulb in the instrument cluster hard to tell without looking at it
The sensor has to be programmed to the windshield. It could be that simple
Umm what do you need done? Could you be more specific? What model ML or GL G or R
That is unfortunate... I was hoping to get better service than I do from Myrtle Beach... I will never buy the full service package again because the customer service is horrid.
