horrible place if i could rate it zero i would. they deny help and the man talking to my mom in the phone was disrespectful telling her she has to wait 6 month and give them a call to make an appointment because she missed a call that she never received. WHAT TYPE OF PLACE IS THIS.

Horrible director!!!! Didn’t care that his therapist that was taking care of me cancelled on me three times and then told me she wasn’t trained to handle my case!!!! I called him to report it and he basically called me a liar!!! Lorena is the worst therapist!!!!

Pure quackery. The woman who calls herself a counselor, Stefanie Lopez, looks and talks like a serious case of depression. I was expecting a call back from a colleague/the management in response to my concerns about the practice. That was almost a week ago. I am surprised that this is what's being offered to people in 2021.

This place only cares about those medicaid dollars you bring in. They're a medicaid mill. They prolong "treatment" to ensure money keeps flowing in, and offer no structure or goals to the treatment. Avoid this place if you want genuine help.
