Customer service staff needs to be quicker with there job! It’s was literally 10+ customer waiting in line while there were like two staff working on customer service department but Sebastian tried his best going fast but the other lady looks like she didn’t wanna take anybody, she literally were just helping one customer for freaking 10 whole minutes on the phone!

I'm not positive but I think the have small bale's of straw if they don't rual king for sure has hay and straw
Not really sure. We wore masks but I saw several without. We went in by garden shop
Brian is correct your tree if its newly planted may have suffered what known has transplant shock. Good rule of thumb give your tree about 1 inch of water per week for first couple years of planting. Also put about 2 inches of mulch around d your trees to help lock in moisture!
