They have just about anything u can imagine. And its all very delicious. There closed on sundays and mondays. And the earlier u get there the better they tend to run out of things they are so good.

That is a good question I've been going for roughly 45 years I can tell you they have Napoleon's so they may have macarons. You could always call them in the morning or send them a message on their website they're good at responding and they're great on the phone or in person
