If there was an option to give a no stars, I would. I have never experienced worst customer service than I have today. I was belittled by a old man, made to feel intimidated, and I was nothing but nice in the process. I would recommend using another post office in a close town if that is an option for you. 0/5 stars.

I was in there today to pick up a package and had an terrible experience with the man helping me. I knew I may not have had the proper items I needed, such as my ID, however I felt it was worth try to get it before going home and coming back (however I offered multiple times to do so). The man belittled and tried intimidate me when I was nothing but kind and understanding with the situation. It’s safe to say I do not feel safe going back there alone.

Why is it that the employees when they deliver packages that they can't knock and let you know that it is there? I am sitting in the front room, and they just set it on the porch, which is not covered, and it rained and looks like rain again.

Because so many people do not want u knocking or ringing their door bells...if u let the carrier know u want them to knock they will.

I need to know the requirements for placement of the mail box near the street. It will be between the sidewalk and curb, but does it matter how far from the house?

Id say 2 stamps just bc of the size of envelope. If it were 5x7 or similar just 1 stamp would do.
