I have finally closed my accounts with this institution and have been with Midland States Bank for 10 months now. My account was really easy to open and I have had zero issues with them so far after 5 years of consistent issues with SIUCU while the Carbondale area. However- my fiancé received a piece of mail from them, and when he looked online, his account is still open! This is twice now that they’ve told him his account was closed and then didn’t do it.

Why is there no way to pay online or over the phone? Its 2021 and I have to pay in person every time. I do not suggest getting loan here. It's a longterm inconvenience.

Alice: Our drive-up at Carbondale West opens at 7:30 Mon-Fri, and 8:00 on Saturday.
Yes, our lobbies are open and we've waived the fee for members to have their coins counted at our machines. These machines are located at both Carbondale locations and Marion. We do not have coin counting machines at Harrisburg, Metropolis or Energy, so you will need to roll any coin brought in to those locations.
