Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Unfortunately inflation has touched all businesses but their mark up on parts and installation is a bit high.

Is it typical for a customer to walk into this place and after 5 minutes of patiently waiting, still not be acknowledged by one of the 4 employees sitting around while the 5th was on the phone?

I am not 100% sure about now, but when I purchased my bike their recently I did see at least one Indian. But, again it may not be there, and I may even be mistaken(memory is weird sometimes.) with that said, you should go in and check out their stock, the Sales rep that helped me was Dylan, and I felt no pressure to buy anything. Even when I was trying to decide between two different bikes, or one significantly more expensive than the other. They are polite, friendly, helpful, and VERY patient(I am a neurotic nightmare, and it didn't faze any of the staff.) So do your self a favor and at least do a little window shopping. Cheers!
