In the last 4 months I've used this facility 3 times. The first time I discovered 2 days later in a blinding downpour that my front driver's side wiper was broken. I turned on the wipers and it went flying! When I retrieved it, it was clearly broken. Distressed, I then turned on the rear wiper and found it was missing completely!! As best I could I navigated to a local auto parts store and purchased both wipers and replaced them. I then contacted corporate office to inquire as to this issue. Their response was to return to the facility so that the manager could review the footage and make a determination. No, I don't have time and everyone has trouble now and then. I let it go, even though I'd paid for the most expensive wash and didn't get the most expensive wash AND bought $30 worth of new wiper blades. Next time went smoothly. 3rd time earlier this week. Again, paid for the most expensive wash. Made it about 3 minutes down the road and glanced in the rear view to find that my rear wiper blade which I had purchased only 4 months earlier, was missing. I went back this time. Talked to the nice young man that remembered he had assisted me and he offered to go look for it. He returned with 1 entire rear wiper blade assembly and another blade that would not fit my rear wiper. He completed a claim that included my license plate (understandable) and the vin sticker inside my door along with questions about how long I've owned the vehicle, where I bought it and what the mileage is. How does any of this relate to a missing wiper blade??? Not sure but whatever. I get an email the next day that says the footage does not indicate any damage to my vehicle but as a courtesy they want me to see a local body shop for the damage. Who goes to a body shop for a wiper blade? REALLY?? Are you KIDDING ME?? Nope. I promise I was at the auto parts store within 10 minutes of completing the claim and purchased a new wiper blade. Not only did my car still look like it needed washed but I paid for a new wiper blade as well. and by the way, the auto parts clerk mentioned that LOTS of folks come in for wiper blades and side mirrors after have a similar experience at this facility. I'm telling you now, if you value your vehicle, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!! A free vacuum is not worth wipers or whatever else!!
