Yes. We believe the Church of our Lord is a visible, local, self-governing body of believers who have been baptized (Acts 2:41-47) of whom Jesus Christ is the head (Ephesians 5:23) and that there are only two ordinances: baptism and the Lord's Supper, both of which are administered only to believers. The true mission of the church is to preach the Gospel, baptize believers and assist them in spiritual growth that results in a life of Christian maturity (Matthew 28:19-20).

There are three types of comminion. Open, closed, and close. Open is open to anyone. Closed is open to just members of the church. Close is open to members of the church and Christians who are in good standing with their church. We administer a close communion, quarterly. Our next date is January 2, 2022, at 6P.M.
There are a few weeks each year when The Baptist Temple Hour is preempted by the network. Frequently it's 2 or 3 weeks in a row. Check our website, fbt.org, for a copy of what would have aired. You can also go to Facebook (Florence Baptist Temple) or YouTube (FBTLive) to watch our live services!
