I went yesterday to eat with my mom and believe me the service was bad. The restaurant did not have the A/C on, it was hot and the security guard had to open the doors to get some air in. The staff did give me salsa or fork and spoon, I had to ask. Overall the staff needs to improve big time.

I won't ever go again they took over 30 min on drive true they didn't give my full order they didn't have lettuce for salads nerver again will i go there i should of had tacos for dinner 😫😫

It’s very busy and understaffed so I have sympathy for the workers there, but I ordered online and waited over 30 minutes to be able to ask an employee if my order was ready for pick-up. I was missing my cups and asked for them, but was urged to *take the drinks from someone else’s order* several times when I kept trying to tell them my order had the “choose your own drink” option with empty cups the customer fills on their own. All of this was something I would have overlooked prior to the upcoming incident because, once again, they are incredibly understaffed and I understand how difficult that is as an ex-food service worker and current retail employee. However, drink dispensers available for customers are filthy and nonfunctional. The horchata dispenser had a huge pool of liquid around it and spews over the counter and your sleeves. The drink had a dirty, metallic taste that somewhat irritated both my and my friend’s mouths.

This is the worst pollo loco I have ever had business with . Every single time that I visit this location there is an issue . So this time I ordered a burrito and turns out , they “ran out of burritos “ . In this occasion the lady’s name that stated this is Eli , Who manages this location ? Who takes care of the inventory? What is going on in this store ? To the owner , Will you be looking into your management team ? Pollo Loco can do better than this ! Very disappointed!
