Last September I set an appointment with Dr. Litts to discuss with her some concerning health issues I began having. As I’m describing these symptoms to her in the office she appears disinterested. I had to insist for a pelvic ultrasound despite family history of ovarian cancer. I was then “diagnosed” with PCOS by her following the ultrasound. I quote “diagnosed” because I was practically taken back in a room, told by her that I have PCOS, and rushed out of the office. When I left I felt more confused than when I’m arrived.. Dr. Litts gave me very little to no information about PCOS and said “see you in a year” (even though I was set to have appointments with her every six months due to abnormal cells SHE found in the last year). Obviously she had neglected check my medical chart otherwise would have known this. Dr. Litts genuinely has no personal stake in the health of her patients. The care I received from her was disappointing to say the absolute least. I usually don’t write Google reviews, but people need to know the kind of doctor that she is.

The nurse in the Nurse practitioner was nice it just some things they do is dangerous I don’t like they wash the instrument in the sink that they use for Pap smears they need to put a hazard sign on the sink because people is washing their hands and doing my Pap smear she forgot to even check my ovaries in the ultrasound lady I had to tell him make sure she wiping things down and tell her. I didn’t have nothing when I went there I don’t want nothing when I come there so I don’t know if it’s a lack of care of my race but it’s terrible you put in people lives in danger the front Desk lady was nice where u check in at was nice But is more than being nice yeah be clean make sure you’re washing stuff down How supposed to be wash So I called to speak to the manager or supervisor she out of town And they don’t have a manager to take her place when she gone which is crazy because it’s something happened so I need to get in contact with someone

This office don't even deserve a star. I was treated so horrible on the phone by the lady Dianne and the office manager discriminated against me due to my insurance. Instead of having empathy for my situation she implied that that I wanted to abort my pregnancy. I never mention abortion I just wanted to make sure the baby wasn't in my tubes They said my insurance was out of net work, which was a untrue because I use McLeod orthopedics with the exact same insurance. I needed an appointment because I found out I was pregnant and my tubes are clamped I was scared it was ectopic pregnancy. That didn't matter to them at all. I was treated with no humanity at all. MUSC OB/GYN rocks I was given an appointment quickly due to my condition. I wouldn't refer a bedbug to this office.
