I was unable to do an MRI during and ER visit due to being claustrophobic. I chose to go somewhere with a larger machine to hopefully help with this issue. They were able to get me in quickly for an appointment! Tangie (I hope the name is spelled correctly) was very nice and helped me to stay calm and relaxed. While I was still anxious, I was able to get all the needed tests done quickly and without too much stress. Thank you so much!

Amanda was my MRI tech or person that worked with me. I was very nervous, and she was very understanding. She even let my mom come in and stand there to help me through the MRI. Amanda was very comforting and encouraging. I thank God for her help that day. The healthcare system needs more people like her.

Okay so this is my first time ever having an MRI and my first time coming here . Easy to get to . When you walk in it is very clean And the ladies at the desk were polite and courteous my appointment was today at 9:00 I got there a little early which was good filled out a few extra things that needed done and signed. They was quick to take me back and the ladies in back were so polite and nice I won’t lie I was scared started to cry in front of her she went over everything and asked what questions I had to make it easier she would talk to me and waited until I was ready she was so nice I would definitely go back here ! Sometimes you meet people and can tell they are at their jobs for the money but these ladies showed compassion towards people. Now going out the STEEP INCLINE the same way I come in isn’t good for underneath my vehicle it scraped the underneath of my van I even went really slow at an angle so just be careful there.

10/10 recommend, the ladies in here are so sweet and kind. Natasha is the lady that did my ultra sound on my kidneys, and she has excellent bedside manner and is so very caring! i’ve never been somewhere where everyone in office is amazing! will definitely be going back!
