This place is a joke! Brought me a damaged washer. Then replaced it with a broken one and good luck getting the manager in the phone. He tells his employees to tell you he’s not available. When I started to make my complaint he was all of a sudden there and available. I will never use this company again. Which is a shame because I’ve used them in the past when josh was the manager and I had great service!

Very rude customer service!!!! Needs new management for sure!!!!@ and I'm so sick and tired of doing with people who think they are better than you!!!! And when they say you owe past due money and you dont!!!!! This place is a big no go for anyone looking for furniture or anything else for that matter!!!

I have worked with this place for almost a year. It was not too bad working with them initially. I have always kept in great communication with them. Over the last several months my autopay has been messed up multiple times. I have called to fix it more times than I can count, I have even went in, in person to try to fix it and assured it should be fixed every single time. I get calls about my agreement being cancelled because they need payment because the autopay was coming from account I no longer have, even though I had fixed it many times over due to their error. I will get calls over my payments within minutes of each other from different employees. I also at one point requested a certain fridge, waited months and finally asked about it, all to be told I was not even on a wait list for the fridge I was supposed to be. Rent a center started out decent to work with but has since left a lot to be desired. Terrible organization and no communication as different employess will call different times of day for things you have already resolved or discussed with another rent a center employee.
