I recently had the pleasure to meet the new management team, I see the care and kindness in all of them, I had the kitchen sink faucet licking, I called the office and I talked first with Mrs. Bridgette (property manager ) who took into consideration the complaint I had and shortly after that Mr. John came to my home to fix the problem, Mr. John was very courteous, knowledgeable and the problem was fixed; thank you. I also had the pleasure to meet Mrs. JJ ( manager) and Cooper ( Mrs. JJ's best friend; so intelligent and adorable ) I can see on the staff kindness, humanity, and care that we need now when The World seems to be broken. We have been with Arbor Mist since July 2021. I recently had the pleasure to meet the new management team and WOW I’m so excited to have a new team of property managers that care! The new managers have only been ( to my knowledge ) interacting with the community for a few short weeks and they contacted me about issues from months ago that were left unresolved by the old team! They actually came on and immediately looked at each unit to see how and what they could do to help us as valued residents! I was amazed at the personal and one on one attention I received! They called me to see if I needed anything and offered solutions to my needs! Such a refreshing experience! I appreciate the attention to detail and the care with concern for me and my family! Thank you so much Bridget and Jessica, I am excited to work with you both and getting me to resign won’t be an issue! We love the new and improved Arbor Mist! Thank you! I hope this helps anyone looking for a home in a great area, with great schools, that are well priced and now have management that are truly a cut above the rest!

My FICO is 715. We wanted to get a townhomes and pay ONE FULL YR RENT. My son, his fiance and their new baby would be with me and my hubby as we rented place while we did a major overhaul on our house. The manager refused to even show us a place because my Son wasn't married to fiance yet. I couldn't believe it

I retract my original good review based on the fact that after you sign your lease, it's all down hill. This property management group is awful. They do not stand behind their product/service and will avoid living up to what they advertise in any way possible. I had a contact less move in and had several issues that a new resident should not have to deal with. They could have been easily resolved by management, but they absolutely refuse. These town homes are not good quality. I am definitely looking forward to the end of my lease.
