First, they do not speak English. I got there and the lady didn’t know I was coming. I was given a massage with my clothes on - NO oil. They make you pay before, no blankets, no heated beds, no training (though the lady worked hard and it wasn’t terrible) he place was stinky, and an overall weird place. I’ve had tons of massages and will never return here!!!!

Ok the sad story. Run a lot and get a lot of massages. infinity reputable massage company and called for massage. Great price for 90 min so Great! Showed up for massage; not so Great!!! Female Masseuse (name- ____) charged me prior to massage to include her tip. (Surprised but My bad I paid) and gave what I call a C-massage. FAst fwd. 6 mo decided it was a possible anomaly and give another try; specifically not requesting ____. To my surprise, showed up and guess what? "same person" this time she Gave great massage; up to the point in the middle of my massage where a disgruntaled customer complaining about his missed scheduled appt took her out for 10 min that i was not compensated for. IDKWYD

Sadly, I would NOT recommend this massage place. I thought it was such a deal for the price and scheduled the 90 min massage for $90. First of all, I got there for my appointment and the therapist did not seem to be aware of my appointment. She rang me up for the one hour massage. I corrected her and was rang up for the 90 min. She had be pay BEFORE the massage and include the tip, which made me uncomfortable since I like to tip based on service, but was afraid if I didn't tip well before hand, I might not get a great massage. I tipped 30%. As like some of the other reviews, the place was cold (however they increased the heat for me). There was no music and I could also hear the Jimmy Johns employees next door during the whole massage. She also did not ask me what trouble areas I had or wanted worked on, or what I was comfortable with massage wise. I wont be returning to this place but will pay higher price for the better massage and more professional/relaxing experience.

Hate to give a bad review (I am a small business owner too) but I really tried to do something special for my wife and it just fell flat - set up a surprise appointment on Saturday 10a - she shows up and nobody is there. I called the number and they 'checked on it' - they obviously forgot or slept in. The masseuse was there 20 minutes late - the room was then cold and my wife (who nearly left after waiting 15 mins) said since the rush - no music - cold room - and you could even hear the jimmy johns next door making sandwiches and yelling for more meat. Was hopeful this would work out but after this experience we are going somewhere that costs more - I think in this space you get what you pay for and the prices here are cheap - much like the service. Hate to do a bad review but felt necessary. Maybe/hopefully you'll have a different experience. They did refund 50% of the money (my wife was told we would have a full refund however).
