Went in to purchase wiper blades. Was charged over $80 for a set for a Nissan Pathfinder. Questioned whether this was too much money. Guess what? It very definitely was. Went home and priced exactly what they had done, and it was exactly $40. Badly overcharged. And they didn’t feel badly about it. I will not go back to fire stone. EVER. There is no ethical response to this comment/criticism.

Best tire shop around, parking is a bit tough but the guys managed to mount 305/30R20 on my nice rims without so much as a light scratch for a reasonable price.

Tires are good, only had 1 set of bad tire (dry rotted). Service is not so good. They act like you are putting them out. One time I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I got it to the store on Antioch and Vivion 15 mins before it closed and the employee there said they were closed and didn't repair the tire.

My timeslot at this Firestone was to simply repair a flat. With an "Appointment Confirmed" email in my inbox, I pumped air into the tire and headed north of the river, about 25 minutes away. Upon arrival I was refused service because "The manager doesn't like to mess with Teslas." Although the team apparently phoned earlier they failed to leave a voicemail or text this cancellation. Tesla is a common brand. Why exclude it? Why confirm a cancelled appointment? Other Firestones happily service Teslas so why turn away customers due to the Manager's prejudices? Why not send text updates? This was a failure and a complete disappointment in the Firestone brand and a waste of my time.

Depends on how long you bought them. They've always been fair with me. Give them a call & see what they say.
I don't think their prices are any worse than other places I've been to.
