UPDATE: Aug. 2022 now open evenings Mon. - Thurs. 5:30pm - 8pm ET. Woot! My after work decompression 4x a week. This is the best resource we have in RR. I have been going since March of 2021 for lap swim 3 days a week. All my doctors, praise swimming as the best exercise. It has helped strengthen my arthritic knee, increased my stamina, and stress release after a long day of client meetings. I love the pool and I appreciate all the staff and volunteers who are keep it running. Thank you for all you do, your work has improved my quality of life.

The staff here is amazing.but if you bring in a kid and they think they can’t swim to the end they will test them to see if they can swim at the 9ft area
