It's no use to reserve a vehicle at this location!!!!! The last 3 times I have reserved a vehicle from the location in Roanoke Rapids, NC they didn't have the or a vehicle in stock. This last time on 10/5/22 they called me less than 30 mins before I was scheduled to pick up the car and told me they don't have any vehicles in stock and advised me I should stop at a different location on my 12-hour trip to pick up a car. So where do they expect me to leave my car this whole time? If they would have called me earlier in the day I could have planned for something different. But when you get that call nearly before closing time you don't have many options. I would recommend you make plans to reserve a vehicle elsewhere if you are really depending on having that vehicle. 1 of the 3 times when they told me they didn't have a vehicle, someone walks in after me while I'm there and get a vehicle even though I have a reservation. Poor way to do business!!!! I wish I could give no stars!!!!!

Renting my car was an ease at enterprise in roanoke rapids they placed me a vehicle suitable for my needs. I had a few issues but the manager at Roanoke Rapids location was very eager to solve all my problems he also has very well mannered staff they are very professional an concerned with meeting the needs of the renters

Terrible. I was supposed to have a truck for my rental and I show up and all that’s on the lot was a Kia Soul leaving me no choice. I don’t understand why companies these days can’t do simple task of listening to their customers. If you can’t deliver what they ask for just tell the customer they will respect you more. The local people in the branch were nice and I don’t blame them I blame whoever is in charge of vehicle logistics for only having 1 usable car on a car rental lot and on top of that the only car being a Kia Soul wow

License. Proof of bank account and one utility bill. Full coverage or you have to pay for their insurance. Ive rented a couple times its quick and easy and you can use online bills and bank statements if thats all you have.

A utility bill and a bank statement. If you don't have full coverage insurance you have to buy their insurance. If you want a premium car you also need a major credit card. Ive used them and it was a great experience.
Depends on what you want and how long you can get a 34.00 and up per.day. make sure you go by the business to make a reservation or ho by after you make a reservation. So when you go to pick up you will have a vehicle . The lot can be filled with cars and they hold cars for certain people Some of the staff are okay .One.bad apple in the bunch spoils everything
