Worst Post Office in the country.

I get humiliated every time I go to this location. I come in with prepaid postage to drop off and have to get lectured or questioned as to why I'm mailing the package the way I'm mailing it and I should be doing it this persons way. Its not your business to lecture people on how they mail their packages and the tracking they use. I felt really uncomfortable and even the people behind me were uncomfortable too as they were making faces and shaking their heads. I even had someone come out behind me and asked if i was okay because they could see I was getting uncomfortable, but said its just how that person is that they have dealt with it for years. I'll stick to going to other locations.

Clean post office with knowledgeable staff. Henry is super kind and really helped me by looking into a package that I was expecting that had been "in transit" for a few days. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to help me. Everyone complaining about long wait times needs to learn to be patient, and realize that everything is not about them and their needs. It is a smaller post office - you're going to have to wait a little bit. That's okay.

I pay for the convenience of a post office box. Drove 30 mins on a Saturday to grab something important delivered today just for the doors to be locked and I have no access to my box.

Unfortunately that location is closed on the weekends but the one at Wards Corner is open till two.
My mail was delivered Saturday and today before 9:30am. I live 3 blocks up from the post office.
They've automated their phone system so that you can serve yourself through one of the many choices offered via phone. If you need to speak to an actual person, you'll have to go to the post office during normal business hours.
More details and are you sure you arent wrong or was told wrong from home owner. And what accusations postal workers just want to deliver the mail
The most accessible way is to copy and paste the tracking number into Google, then click on the appropriate carrier, though there is also an option to track a package on the USPS website.
Sorry to hear and Good luck with that

No the landlord normally has only 2 keys. Perhaps the post office can solve this issue. Or the postmaster who oversees all matters
