Not the place to process passports. I booked an appointment online and got a confirmation thru text and email. I took off from work early to get to the post office 15 minutes before my appointment. When I got there I was told the passport agent was not there and they didn’t know when he would be back. They should have informed me that there was no one to accommodate me. In my opinion, they should not take passport applications at all.

We made our appointment here for our passports. No call or anything to let us know that the clerk called off sick.

our carrier for the last week just flips the mailbox lid up and walks off, then the lid falls open. i counted six other mailboxes here lying wide open. and it's been raining...the local office won't answer the phone, as usual ; 3 years later: no change, you can tell the mail's run by the box lids hanging open. they also lose a package or letter about once every 2 or 3 years, too.

According to the IRS website they were mailed on 1/6, but I haven't received mine.
I had the same issues on Pleasant Avenue...their solution was I had to pay for a post office box because apparently "Bob" is allowed to commit federal mail fraud.
I recommend calling with your specific details.
