I moved from Norfolk in July 2018 and I submitted a change of address form for my mail to be forwarded to my new home. Last week I received a phone call from a collections agency relating to a bill from November 2018 that was not forwarded to me nor returned to the sender. Even when I lived there, hold mail requests were never honored. After returning from being out of town, my mailbox would be completely stuffed each time. The postal carrier would bend items to make them fit even for items stamped with "do not bend."

This PO is alright when you know the people there. I used to ship out stuff all the time. Parking sucks here. It's a small post office!

Long waits. Employees, usually with one exception, inattentive or act like you're imposing. My mail carrier, who I believe is out of this branch, is absolutely fabulous. Bernard has delivered the mail to my building for the 8 years I've lived here and it's always a pleasure to see him. He is quiet, friendly, efficient, always willing to take the time to answer questions or help with a problem. A professional who takes his job seriously. On the other hand, I always know when one of the young women who substitute for him is on duty. One in particular comes into the mailroom talking loudly on her phone. Three or four times she has done something very annoying. I don't drive so I often put a stamped envelope sticking out of my box to be taken to be posted. I EVEN PUT UP A STICKY NOTE SAYING "PLEASE TAKE THIS STAMPED ENVELOPE." No luck. There the letter still sits and the holiday means three days before it goes out.

Horrible!! As soon as I walked in…”cash only” and they didn’t even have address change forms!! What a waste of tax payers money.

Yes, as far as I know. Opens at 9:30 am
If the package was prepaid there is nothing we can do. If you paid for the postage at the pist office you have 7 days to return to the same person to get a duplicate receipt
