Staff is beyond wonderful! They truly care about their residents. Many activities for residents to participate in if they so desire and great way for them to meet other residents for social interaction. My mother-in-law has lived at EP for 6 months and can’t think of a better place.

I have worked at Evergreen for a little over 2 years now. I've also worked at, and/or visited, other Assisted Living communities in the past, and Evergreen by far tops them all. The building itself is beautifully built and decorated. The tools and resources we have are state of the art. What really sets this place apart though, are the people. I'm lucky to have a wonderful, talented team in my department, but across the board, each member of the staff truly cares for the residents and consistently goes above and beyond for them. It amazes me every day. It doesnt feel like "going to work." Each day I come in, I feel like I am just visiting and helping my family--and in reality, that's what we're here to do. Our residents and coworkers ARE our family, and they can all attest to that as much as I can. Blessed to be a part of the Evergreen/Heritage Family!

My mom moved to Evergreen Place in Champaign in September 2019. The staff is great, the activities keep her busy and we're both glad she's there!
