Originally booked a party of four and ended up only having a party of three and within arrival and explanation for absense, they gave us a refund for the missing person without us asking and that’s really appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed the Carnival room! Staff was super nice and the hints were very telling! For a first time experiencing escape rooms, it was an awesome venue! Definitely will plan to check out the other rooms and future rooms! Well worth the $25/person!

Had an absolutely great time! Did their Swan Song escape room. Was their hardest one and was certainly a challenge, but we escaped!

We have been to Brainstorm Escapes two times. The first time, we did the circus themed room, and it was rated a 3/5 difficulty. We got out with time to spare and had a wonderful time. The second time we attended, we did the Abstract Larceny room, and it is rated a 2/5 difficulty. My group and I all thought this room was much more difficult than the circus themed room, and that without hints, we would have failed miserably. Overall, we enjoyed both rooms, the second visit was just not what we expected, which is ok. The staff is very friendly here and are great to work with.

Hi Darla! You don't necessarily need a reservation to play. We do our absolute best to accommodate walk-ins. However, groups with reservations get top priority, so booking in advance (even if it's only a couple hours ahead) is the only way to make 100% sure you get the room & time you want. We take reservations online or by phone. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach us on social media, email, or via phone call!

Hi James, In our regular 60-minute rooms, the tickets would be $20 each ($80 total). In our 30-minute escape, Lizzie Borden Took an Axe, tickets are $15 apiece ($60 total). Players under 18 need to have a waiver signed before they go in the room. This waiver is available on our website, or on paper at the front desk. Hope this helps, and hope to see you soon!
