Basil is an amazing restaurant! The food is delicious, the layout is beautiful and the manager and waiters are always happy to see me and my friends when we visit. It's a great spot for family and they deliver. I wasn't feeling my best during my first dine in experience, but the waiter and owner took great care of me. I'm forever thankful.

hi Joan , im sorry you feel this way i can assure you we have one of the best gluten free in Queens today unfortunately the gluten free wasn't ready but will be ready tonight i would like to take a minute and explain you how we do our gluten free pizza we use fresh rice flower that need time to rise. so some time when finishes needs a list 10 or 12 hours to be ready our gluten free cant be stored for more than a day if not gets bad because is totally natural .thats why taste better and is so successful. what you find in other pizzerias is already made pizza crust that you can buy taste different and is frozen and full of conservative all that said i apologize if today you didn't find the crust we try to do our best to keep it always fresh everyday. regards Ugo Mattei

Sanitizing and cleaning done every 2 hour logs are provided. Distance 6 feet plus btw tables, temperature are checked daily for employees. Customers temperature are checked upon arrival and customer logs are kept. All in compliance with health deparment guidelines
