Unfortunately, your polling system doesn't allow me to give a Zero rating. I would not recommend using the Service Department at Coggin Honda in Fort Pierce. I arrived for a Saturday 10 am 9/10/22 appointment for an oil change a couple of minutes early at 9:58 am. I handed my keys to a Service representative and asked if I needed to check in inside or do anything else. I was told there was no need to check in and was all good. I went inside to wait for completion of service. At 10:54 I received a text from Coggin representative Dennis acknowledging receipt of my car for a service appointment. I continued to wait. Having had no other updates, at 12:05 I texted back inquiring if service had been started on my car. The response received was that service had not been started yet for the oil change, and that it had been a very busy morning. Not my problem. I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and service had not even been started over 2 hours after Coggin took my car for the service appointment. I then requested my car be returned to me, which was done (without service). When I inquired as to why service had not been started, Dennis again said it had been a very busy morning, and insinuated it was my fault as I had not checked in (wrong - you had my car), and then that the outside attendant had made a mistake so it was on him. No accountability. No apology. No service. All I got was attitude. Given that this is the quality of service I received, I am not inclined to shop for a new vehicle at Coggin. I will say that in sales, Todd Potts has provided me with exemplary service, and I would recommend him without hesitation. For service, however, I would avoid Coggin Honda in Fort Pierce and seek service elsewhere.

Bob was so polite and helpful. He updated me constantly about my repairs, which made me more comfortable to leave my car in Coggin Hondas care. If I didn't understand something, he made sure to explain everything to me fully. Thanks again Bob!
