Ramon Smith was our salesman, and he sold me and my husband a broken car. This Kia has many issues and he also owes me an extra key but now I cannot get a clear answer from him, and he disappears when I come by to see him. I know it's a little bit far but I should have gone to Rick Case Kia. Bev Smith Kia is a joke and they don't care about their customers at all after they close on a sale. UPDATE: I finally got my 2nd key, but only after posting my original review, and Tim Seymour from service was kind enough to help me out by getting my key and fix my AC issues.

No. It takes about an hour if you make an appointment, or if you just walk in. Go at lunch time, they serve free sandwiches ,snacks, coffee, soda while you wait. I do not mind the wait. And they wash and vacuum your vehicle
