The hotel is very nice and clean and smells great. The rooms are big and spacious. We had to stop because of the rain and how late it was the front desk worker Kim was super nice and friendly she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome I will definitely stay here when traveling to Lexington!!!

We booked and paid our room in February through third party. Upon arrival in May, the clerk had an issue with payment being charged to third party and wouldn't check us in. Had to call third party to get it sorted out. Very annoying that I had to do this. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, smelled good. The pool was open but there was no hot tub as advertised on the website. Basic continental breakfast served. Signage outside the hotel said Newly Renovated, but couldn't see where renovations where done. My guess is it has been a while.

Although the room looked clean and staff wasn't rude my issue isn't about that. Didn't like the fact that they didn't have and elevator with having three floors. My nephew is in a wheelchair and we had to carry him up and down the stairs. I mean it's not like elevator is a new concept they been around for years. And second didn't like the bedroom layout. We had five people so 2 beds and a layout couch that didn't have any extra linen and pillow with. So with the room accommodating 5 people why would the bathroom have ne sink and mirror it was all on the outside of the bathroom next to the door coming in. Just doesn't seem to make alot of sense

Great place to have a small birthday party. They have an indoor pool...all three granddaughters loved it. The staff is super nice. The rooms are very clean. Good time.
