The older woman who did my gel manicure was horribly rude! She kept forcing me to pull my arms all the way through under the partition because she didn't want to scoot closer to the counter. So I had to sit hunched over and leaning forward the entire time which was very uncomfortable. If I wasn't reaching far enough then she would yank on my arm or crank on my hand to get me to comply with what she wanted instead of just asking. She also kept cutting my fingers on several different occasions causing me to bleed. On my one pinky finger she made it bleed 3 different times. She made me feel very unwelcome and seemed disgusted at my hands which yes are in kind of rough shape because I work long hours with them and I'm also remodeling my house at the same time. This is why I went to get the manicure, and to treat myself a little for my birthday. I asked her to put one more coat on because I know I am hard on my nails and they will break if they're not done thick enough. She ridiculed me about this and how it wont-work then did a sloppy job on the 3rd coat. The different color I had chosen for one nail was not covering as well as the other color so I asked her to put 1 extra coat on that nail and again she started ridiculing me. She was extremely rude the whole time and made it a miserable experience. She left polish all over my fingers and shaped each nail differently so my hands look mismatched. She didn't tidy up afterwards so the edges of all my nails are rough. She refused to do a massage or lotion which has always been a standard thing when paying for a manicure. When I asked about why she wasn't tighting up my nails afterwards she fixated on the top coat and said no you're done. In period I wasn't asking about the top coat. But one of the gentlemen explained that you don't do anything to this top coat as far as rubbing it with alcohol. But that wasn't what I was asking about. I wanted to know if she was going to tidy up the nails so the edges aren't rough and get the Polish off of my fingers. This was completely ignored while everybody kept telling me that the top coat you didn't have to do anything. Literally 5 people chimed in on that but not one person addressed my actual concern or questions. I tried to tell the man behind the counter about how rude she was, but he just blew it off and started explaining about the top coat. I said I was aware of that as several other people had already explained it to me and that wasn't what I was talking to him about. I again stated she was extremely rude. He didn't seem to care. I told him I didn't want to deal with her anymore but he made me deal with her when it came to payment. I'm not sure what his job is other than to sit there and play on his phone because he didn't seem to do anything else. Horrible horrible experience!! I don't expect a top level of customer service but you couldn't at least be nice. I just moved into town and they could have earned a long term customer, but I won't be back! I wish I could give it 0 stars but there isn't an option for that.

Best nail place in Winchester. I'd give them 5 stars but that wouldn't be fair. Nowhere is completely perfect 😆

My daughter went on 6/27/21 and within 4 days she had 2 nails break, now on 7/3/21 24 hours after they repaired the broken nails another nail has broken and everything single nail including the repaired one is cracked and breaking more. Horrible quality! Do not use!
