Welcomed as soon as walked in front door. Lobby was clean and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was good. Only thing did not like was the water. That is not the fault of hotel but locality utility. Did not feel like soap rinsed off. Other wise everything was excellent about the hotel.

This hotel is one of the best hotels my family has stayed at. The front desk staff to the cleaning staff. Everyone is engaging and takes interest in you when they talk to you. The cleanliness is top notch. The free breakfast is awesome. The mood among the staff is always so pleasant. Everyone is always smiling. The general manager “AJ” is absolutely amazing. This young man went above and beyond to correct a mistake on the hotels part. How he handled himself in the situation shows his true character and his character is stellar. He deserves a raise and promotion. 5 STAR!!!!!

e had a nice stay, 2 nights. Traveling from Ohio to visit friends. The staff is extremely friendly. Can’t stress enough how clean and nice our room was. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. We loved our mini fridge and how spacious the room was. Breakfast is awesome. The beds and pillows weren’t very good but that’s every hotel. We were disappointed at the fact we paid more to stay at this hotel versus others in the area strictly because this hotel has an indoor pool. We were informed at check in that the pool was not open that day, but would re-open the next day. The pool never opened for the remainder of our stay, we were so angry! There was also a $100 safety deposit we did not see mentioned while booking or on confirmation email. All in all, VERY nice hotel and we will definitely stay again if we visit Winchester in the future.

This was without a doubt the best hotel stay we can remember. The woman checking us in was very friendly and engaging. We asked for a suggestion of a local restuarant and she immediately provided us with a list and took the time to describe several places she thought we might enjoy. Turned out to be a great meal. The lobby has a great fresh smell. The woman in charge of breakfast is a very friendly and energetic person who spent her time in the breakfast area making sure everyone had everthing that they needed. As we checked out in the morning there were two women at the desk who were both very pleasant and interested if we enjoyed our stay. There was never an instance during our stay (we went out twice in the evening) that the front desk was not staffed. There was always someone there ready to converse with you even when there was no one waiting to check in or out. We were only there for one night so we did not get to meet any of the cleaning staff. But judging from the spotless condition of our room, you can assume that they are as committed to pleasing people as the rest of the staff.
