I had to reach out to them on social media concerning an issue I had before I could get a means of contact to the GM. My issue still isn't resolved and it's been 2 weeks.

They recommended I contact the establishment first. If I file a dispute, the financial institution will then attempt to contact establishment. Kinda difficult to do that without contact info listed. Either way, looks kinda shady to me to not have any contact info listed.

There are no reservations unless ypu have a HUGE party. Other than that, its walk in and get on the list.

To avoid a wait, it is always best to call ahead for a reservation. If you plan to go off of the usual lunch or dinner hours, you might not have as long a wait.

Just show up. For two on a Saturday we waited 10 minutes at the bar but could have eaten there. Most Broadway restraunts don't take reservations.
