They recommended I contact the establishment first. If I file a dispute, the financial institution will then attempt to contact establishment. Kinda difficult to do that without contact info listed. Either way, looks kinda shady to me to not have any contact info listed.
If you can't find any contact info, and they charged you an incorrect amount (more than what they were supposed to) you can always contact the financial institution your card is associated with and file a dispute
Go back in there and talk to the manager! If they had a phone number published. It would ring non stop
I guess call the place. Check online for contact info.
