My husband loved Stephen Sharpe, but since he has left, he has not gotten the same care. In the 3 years he seen Stephen, he had nothing but great experiences with him..a very small issue has now became a big issue due to complete silence from this office. Speaking with the office manager about our issue didnt help either, She took no accountability for her staff. She blamed Stephen for "putting them in this situation". & when my husband called back 2 days later to speak with her again (because he was never called) he was told she was busy... All we needed was a med change/options and we are on week 2 after his appointment & told today he probably wouldnt be called this week either...How is this ok? A 30 second phone call to say-hey we are going to send this med in or hey- we are working on this would have went a long way with us. Time away from work & money spent for an office visit was all for nothing.

Since my Dr. Steven sharpe is no longer there they are short a doctor and did not replace him. They spread his patient pool amongst the other doctors and the receptionist answering the phone says that they are behind because the doctors are sharing taking over his patients and can’t call the prescriptions in the usual timely manner. Yesterday they said it would be called in by today today the receptionist I believe her name was Sherry or Cheryl said that she would go to the doctor directly for before she left at 4:30 to again remind him to call my prescription in, but I just talk to the pharmacy and this was not done again and they are now closed. If the doctors currently they’re cannot absorb the patience of the doctor that quit they need to hire another doctor.

Well…. I used to have a good relationship with this business. My physician left, and I was not notified, obviously there’s been some restructuring there. My last conversation with them was curt, aloof even, far from the care I used to receive there. It’s very sad. I feel for them being understaffed, but communication is key….. which I got none of, and a not so professional conversation at a point in time too late. Good luck if you need medical care there.

I have never been so disappointed in front office staff. I have only been a patient since Jan and not only is it impossible to get any calls returned they are rude when you talk to you. When I asked to speak to the office manager today because of them canceling my son's appt. she called me a liar when I had proof that what she was saying was policy wouldn't have caused his appt to be rescheduled. I will never come back to this office and I will ensure anyone I speak to knows how unpleasant the staff is. They get 2 stars because the nursing staff has always been good to is.
