Family of 5, stayed 4 nights. The room was spacious, we liked the 2 bathrooms. It could have been a lot cleaner. There was a big stain on the carpet, broken light bulb in the lamp, and dusty. The soap bottles were empty. I asked how often housekeeping would come in, and was told every 7 days. We had to take out trash, and ask for towels several times. The elevators and hallways were dirty, they were not cleaned in the 4 days we were there. Breakfast was good. There were people outside partying late at night and very early in the morning. Maybe short staffed, but they need to clean this place up.

Positive: The room layout and space was great. It was also very clean. The breakfast was also very nice and had a lot to choose from. Negative: We were given the wrong room at check-in, the staff would not bring extra linens to my room (I had to go get them), and they decided to do maintenance on the pool all day on Saturday, so nobody could swim.

Reservations were made months in advance for multiple rooms. I confirmed the week of that everything was available. First room smelled like an ashtray and heavy cigarette smoke. Got moved... no big deal. The next day 4 other parties arrive. They are told they have no rooms reserved and are completely booked. Then I was charged for 3 rooms. Total nightmare. Never going back! The manager would not give me the number to the corporate office.

Nice hotel. Easy check in and check out. Great breakfast. Pool was small but nice and clean. Courtyard had a grill, fire pit, pool area and several sitting areas and was a nice place to relax. Convenient to interstate, stores, restaurants, college campus and a short drive to Beech Bend. Rooms were clean. Rooms were well supplied with dishes and other cooking items. Full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Starter supply of soaps, dish detergent, paper towels and toliet paper. Comfortable beds and bedding. Couch and cabinets could benefit from a little updating but all in all a great place and great room especially for price. People were nice and helpful. Hotel grounds, lobby and hallways were clean. Would recommend and would stay here again.
