Most incompetent, rude, and condescending employees. I called as a new LLC owner with tax questions. I did not know what my Tax ID number was and could not find the documents. The employee was very rude and condescending, stating that I should know what my number is since I applied for it through the IRS. When I asked if there was any way to assist me, otherwise, the employee said not until I find my tax ID number and then call back. The employee kept reiterating that I should know the number since I applied for it. I kept saying the LLC is just me and I just started it but do not conduct business, so I had no clue what the number was. Granted, I should know it, but the employee was definitely not helpful or understanding. I've also decided to disband the LLC since all I'm doing is paying taxes and not conducting any business. The employee should be fired. Her attitude was not "a bad day" but a character flaw and she is clearly not fit to communicate with the public.

I send off paperwork and a check to get a reprint of my title since I lost it. One month later they cashed my check. One month after that I called to see where it was. Not only was the lady extremely rude on the phone but they said that it was never returned so I had to send the paperwork and another check to them. Fingers crossed I get this one and don’t have to wait 3 months for it.

Got a letter claiming two previos notices had been sent to me requesting proof of insurance on my vehicle... I got none of them... so they suspended the registration on my insured vehicle that is 100% legal and has NEVER had a lapse in coverage and blackmailed me $125 of my hard earned dollars to have my registration reinstated. Unethical and unfair policy, no one else I know has ever had this requested from them. Stealing money from me is what it amounts to, and what is their readon to believe I had no insurance and why should I have to verify it when no one else I know has had to?
