I love Ruby Tuesday, but this location was a HUGE disappointment 😞. Our waiter was great, efficient and very attentive, always checking on us. Manager was sitting at the bar playing on his phone. We realized later that he was the manager. Place was dirty, food on the floor, grubby glass on the doors, bathroom that is in dire need of remodeling, or at the very least a deep cleaning.....

We just ate there for the first time. We were a party of 6. Service was awesome. Kira was our waitress and she was more than accommodating. The manager introduced himself. The staff was lovely. Food was delicious. Would Def recommend

Fast, friendly service. Our server, Billy, was amazing! The food was fast, hot, and delicious! I recommend the mozzarella sticks. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as a selection of pasta and other cold sides!

Our entire experience was excellent from the moment we walked through the door. The hostess immediately greeted us and took us to our table. Our server, Kayla, was very attentive and friendly. She even took the time to double-check the ingredients of a menu item due to my food allergies. And the salad bar (my favorite menu item) was clean and fully stocked.
