This Arby's is good! Staff is pleasant, never seen it extremely busy, and food is good. Eating and bathroom areas were clean. Food was hot and they had me at "would you like your apple turnover warmed up?"

We enjoy Arby's, but the fries were a bit off tonight, so we trashed them. We had a double beef and chedder and a Greek gyro and we loved them both. Staff was nice and we had a great meal.

We were pretty disappointed with the night shift crew at this location. The quality of the food was great but the service was lacking. They forgot to include my curly fries so we had to go back, and the cheese was still cold on both sandwiches. If we go back to an Arby's it will be at the 31W Bypass or Russelville Road locations.
