I've had a monthly membership here for many years. It was great the first four+ years, but in the last year service has completely gone downhill. The kids drying the car hurry so much more that half the car is still wet when you leave. If you specifically ask them to dry an area of the car that they missed they get an attitude. They also make statements like "oh, that's not included anymore", even though the website and signage still says these things are included. I'm one bad carwash away from cancelling three monthly memberships.

Not impressed with this place. First off, I paid over $50 for a basic wash with interior “full” wipe down. The automatic car wash is very average, the people wiping down the car after the wash have zero desire to be there, or properly wipe your car down. To make matters worse, many of the workers can’t speak English. Which makes it hard to communicate what you’d like, or which bay to pull in to. My truck was about to leave dirtier than when I brought it in. I decided to get out and ask for a towel to wipe it down properly myself. Some of the workers just watched me wash my own vehicle instead of offering to help. One guy helped. Windows were smeared, dirt was caked all over the body. Not going back there.

I have a monthly interior membership that I plan on canceling today. We've had multiple bad experiences here, such as waiting almost an hour for the number 4 service (interior wipe down and vacuum that comes with our membership) or being told by a teenage girl that they don't have time to do that same number 4 service before closing (it was 2 hours before they closed) After having a terrible experience today at the South Jordan location, it's not worth the negative interactions.

I had a monthly pass a few years back, canceled it due to poor washes. Went back today 9/10/22 didn't do a good job, had to go back thru a second time and had to ask attendant to use a brush on the windshield for bugs. The drying guy dried one window and just walked around the car. The vacuums didn't pick up anything and the air was inoperable. I remembered why i canceled my membership and won't be going back with ao many more choices around the area.

I would just go down there and schedule it it's worth it they do a awesome job 😉 it's worth it
No you have to get a separate membership for each car.
You get access to the vacuums by purchasing a car wash or by having a monthly membership to the car wash.
