Seems they're changing again! No response to maintenance requests since move in 3 months ago. Management doesn't respond to voice mails or emails. Complex is filthy and in disrepair. Gated complex is no longer gated due to gates being broken and not repaired - since we moved in. Now they will only accept certified checks...

Been here almost 2 years Started out fine, but now things are terrible. The complex has changed ownership 2-3 times since Ive been here and maintenance of the property has dropped. Building are dirty, damages not being repaired. We actually have a hole in our ceiling that has water coming through it when it rains. We notified management about a week ago and was told they are in the process of changing ownership once again and are unsure when they could get someone to address the problem. Currently have a bucket to catch the water. Its a shame this place has gone downhill so much.

Leasing office staff would rather swim in the pool than do their jobs! It says open on Saturday but isn’t open on Saturday! It also says the clubhouse is 24 hours but it is not 24 hours and it is always locked! Very unprofessional and inconvenient!!
