Dealing with this company has been one of the absolutely worst experiences we have had while renovating our home. A dishonest employee deceived us into hiring his brother-in-law (Jubal Beachy) by suggesting that he is connected to Quality and not revealing that he was recommending a family member. The man he recommended built a structure for us that is unusable for which we have paid thousands of dollars. The builder refused to correct the problems and bald-faced lied that it was our fault, the employee who recommended him refused to take any responsibility for deceiving us & recommending to us someone who does not have the skill to do what the signed up to do, and management washed their hands of it while letting us know the builder is also a family member. We hired many people to work on renovating our home and did not have an issue or encountered this level of dishonesty and poor quality work with any of them.

Good service. I like working with Dave. He'll make sure you get what you need. It can be pretty hectic in the morning right after opening but great otherwise.
