I rented an auger from A-1. For the job I had, it didn't work because of the amount of rocks, clay and sand in the area. When I returned the equipment, I told them what happened. They gave me a refund (minus restocking). It was more than I expected, and made me happy that I had rented from a place that treats customers like a partner. I'll be back for sure.
