Tom installed my fireplace doors. He did everything right, he was early, did a great job, answer all my questions and cleaned up after himself. The doors look great. Tom and Jamie (the salesperson) and Fireside Supply were great. No false promises. Just delivery, delivery, delivery!

Great customer service! Joe stepped up in a time of need so that my Christmas Eve dinner didn't fail with my Green Mountain Pellet Grill. We have purchased a couple wood stoves and pellet stoves from them over the last 12 years and have had no issues! They do an awesome job on the yearly service cleaning as well! Very pleased!

We cannot get parts, but we can clean them. If you have the replacement parts, we can LIKELY do the work
Masks are required. Equipment and contact areas are wiped down often. 6 feet apart and number of customers are limited in the showroom
