**UPDATE 10/9. Devin called me this morning to personally apologize for the issues. Said that everything was discussed with his GM and the staff and that they have addressed it and were very sorry of the experience we encountered. Goes a long way in my book to get a call, especially on a Sunday! We were there for a Birthday Party during a Cosmic Night. While the kids had a great time celebrating and playing, it was very apparent that the staff needs some training on keeping the place clean. The snack area called Big Eats where the tables and hightop seating is was filthy! There were cups, napkins, straw wrappers etc all over the place. Tables had spilled drinks and crumbs all over them. It stayed like that the entire 2 1/2 hours we were there.

My wife and I took our two sons to Big Air this afternoon and had a great time. We were impressed with the facility and were equally impressed with the workers. One employee in particular, Clayton Walker, was very professional, courteous, and knowlegeable. Please share our appreciation with him, as well as the other employees. Thank you.
