An estimated price was done over the phone to see if they where able to fix my car. I also told the person over the phone that I was referred to them by another mechanic who already did a check on the car and told me what was wrong with it, so I did not need it rechecked. The person over the phone gave me a price and said that he was high balling the price to be safe which I was fine with. However I did receive calls while at work saying that the price was gonna be way over the high ball estimate. So I called them back telling them I found another place that can for sure change my battery for way less then their high ball offer. When I came to pick up my car the person refused to give it to me until I payed $59.95 or in other words $60, for them checking my car in which I already told them what was wrong with it needing no maintenance check other than to see if they had the wrench to change out the battery. I’m sorry for assuming that to check to see if you had a wrench to fix my car would be free cause out of all the auto shops I’ve been to they never charged me for doing a checkup to see what was wrong or if they where able to fix my car. So yes I thought $59.95 was way to expensive to check if they had the needed wrench and where able to replace the battery, which at the other places only took 5 minutes.

I have been using this shop for 10 years on 2 different vehicles. I have referred a few family members and friends from a simple oil change or tune up to major issues they have always been reliable and they are flexible with repair schedules. There are times when they are really busy but they do great work! Their prices are reasonable and affordable and I’ve even gone in asking for services I did not need and they let me know what services I needed. With dealerships drastically overcharging and suggesting services you don’t need this is the place to go. I have not experienced that here and I’ve asked for quotes they have always been honest about pricing and consistent once the work is completed sometimes the price is less than the quote. I’m knowledgeable about cars and service pricing and they do not take advantage of their customer. Thanks so much from a loyal customer!

Not sure on the diagnostic charge, my Company uses them for the fleet of trucks and Van's. From my experience, they do a good job !

Chrysler sebring 05... you told me if you worked on the car that wouldn't be a diagnostic fee you charged me $250 for a diagnostic fee for one fuel injector and you had the car 3 weeks and it sat under an oak tree over there with a convertible top just about ruining the top. the total bill was $448 for a $50 fuel injector and you charged me another 20 or $30 for shop Parts..... exactly what we're shock parts that you use to replace a fuel injector on my car??? You ripped me off almost $500 for that little bit of work was not worth the time the car was in the shop you ripped me off your a cheat and your a liar and I'll never bring my car to you ever again and I will do anything I can to deter other people from bringing their cars to you. And I will post my dissatisfaction on social media and Craigslist
Good afternoon and thanks for your feedback Mr. Jerry. Please help us as we are a little confused by this post. As you know, we were not dealing with an ordinary issue on your car and a great deal of diagnostics were required to find the problem. We explained EVERYTHING to you up front and you agreed to grant us the extra diagnostic time required to find the problem. We even told you up front that this would not be a quick process and to expect to be without the car for 2 weeks (the car was actually here for 13 days). You agreed to the cost of repairs prior to us performing them, you were updated every step of the way as to what we were doing, and you even said that you were "very happy that we were able to get the problem" because you were "ready to drive the car off a cliff after wasting so much money on trying to fix it yourself". Is there something that we are missing? Please call us and let us know. Thanks.
They do take walk ins & can fix about anything on your car! Great people!
I haven't had this particular service myself but I can tell you that they are honest and I've ALWAYS been 100% satisfied with the results, the price and the GREAT customer service I've received. Highly recommended!
