I have a Volkswagen and have had terrible experiences in the past with shops or mechanics that aren’t familiar with it. In May 2022, I needed a throttle body replacement. Ricky and Craig were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Work was completed in a timely manner and the problem was fixed without having to bring it back in. They completed a very helpful and detailed inspection on my vehicle and after this first experience with integrity, I decided I will absolutely be using their services in the future. I have called back a few times to discuss other needed repairs and they have been wonderful to work with over the phone. Before I found integrity, I was screwed over with prices and talked down to by other shops because I am a female. Not with Integrity. They are up front and honest, provide thorough explanations, and treat me kindly and fairly. Happy to have finally found a trustworthy place and will be bringing my vehicle back in the near future!
