Great customer service!! Elana asked if I needed assistance, I told her I was just browsing. When I collected several items, she asked to and started a fitting room for me. She then checked for an item I was inquiring about. It was not in stock; but, she told me she could place an order for it. I had it in my cart online, but wanted to purchase it in store, if it was available. Later, while trying on items, she came into the fitting room area to see how I was doing. And she checked me out when I was done. I spent about 45 minutes there and had another great experience. Love Talbots stores.
