Offers no walk ins even though sign states they do. Employees say they are busy but when we walked in nurse at desk was asleep all lights were off and employee near entrance was standing there literally staring down a female teenager . (Creepy). Does anyone here work?

I came here to get a contact and glasses prescription in January 2018 and was told to pay first before receiving any service. My experience here was very unprofessional. The receptionist was friendly but the optometrist and another employee there who helped in the back, were very rude. I assumed the bill was cheaper without insurance and I guess this gave them the assumption I couldn’t afford my bill. They ran my card and all three watched and waited to make sure my card went through and I paid before allowing me to go back and proceed with the eye exam. After getting my eyes examined I was rushed trying to practice putting my contacts in for the very first time. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service and would not return here again. In my experience with other Walmart vision centers you are billed after receiving your service and wasn’t sure why my experience here was so different.
