I recently visited the Ubreakifix store in Greenville, hoping their repair team could dislodge an important family video from a PS4 gaming system. Alan greeted me promptly and with a friendly smile. He told me he thought he could make the repair quickly, and asked me if I had the time to wait in the store while he and his team went to work. To my delight, he returned less than five minutes later with my video and gaming system back to order. I would have been happy to pay for great service, but Alan told me my repair was on the house. Phone screen cracked and they replaced it with the worst quality glass possible. The interface wasn't receptive to touch and it cracked within days. Huge let down.

Wow! Ubreakifox of Greenville NC is AMAZING! I had been sick, had to work from home for a while, broke my screen / and I was devastated bc like everyone I live off my phone. They are the most knowledgeable and kind service guys in the area. They kept me calm and walked me through the process with such ease! Thank you Nathan and everyone who works there! Unfortunately your phone has physical damage and is not covered under warranty , the repair cost would be $299 plus tax Please call us if you wish for us to explain or you can pick it up anytime.

Yes, We do price match Local stores. Apple is in Raleigh and does not have a store in Greenville, NC.
The above two are correct. And, in answer to the motoz statement, Motorola and all the other major handset makers all use gorilla glass as a standard on their handsets
